PocketRounds is an educational project created by Lucas Smith, MD, an internal medicine resident interested in cardiovascular medicine, echocardiography, point-of-care ultrasound, and bedside clinical decision-making.

The site is built for clinicians and trainees who want quick, organized references for major trials, guideline-based management, ultrasound concepts, EKG interpretation, and commonly used clinical calculators for bedside decision-making.

My goal is to make clinical learning more practical by connecting physiology, evidence, imaging, and bedside decision-making in a format that is easy to review during training.
